Lodges are fast becoming serious alternatives to the traditional bricks and mortar second homes. Apart from being up to half the price, they are far more environmentally acceptable to the local communities, and all the lodges now being built at Mullacott Park are built to building regulations standard.
Since the park was acquired in September 2003, we have sold over 120 lodges, the early purchases having appreciated in value by up to 250%. Some owners have purchased merely for investment, whilst others only want to escape whenever they feel the need, but have the added security of knowing their home is located in a private community, with all maintenance being taken care of by our inhouse team.
