New in 2010 - Mini Lodges

We are proud to be able to say that we have produced a totally new lodge, built to the same exacting standards as the larger lodges, which are unavailable anywhere else in the country. These Mini Lodges can be purchased or hired and are a slimmed down version of the larger lodges, being up to 40ft long and 14ft wide. Starting at £99,950 our Mini Lodge design provides the perfect opportunity to invest in a lodge at a more affordable price, or to stay in the same luxury and quality but at a more competitive price.

The Ruby

The Ruby development has continued to mature throughout the summer, having now been totally converted from a run down old fashioned caravan park to a beautiful rural setting where the first 13 lodges have now been sited. The park has over 120 species of trees all under preservation orders, some of them magnificent specimens and they add considerably to the natural beauty and tranquillity of this very special site.

Many of the trees are starting to display the autumn colours and chestnuts are falling and blackberries are in abundance. There is much wildlife activity on the site, including deer (if you’re very quiet), rabbits, squirrels, and a host of birds and other various animals.

As hidden as this site is, it is still only 20 miles from the surfing beaches of Bude and the North Cornwall and North Devon coasts. In addition, the capital town of Exeter is only 45 minutes drive away with its large new shopping developments and is easily accessible via the motorway. The local and ancient market towns of Holsworthy and Okehampton are also within 11 and 9 miles distance respectively.

Devon Lakes is our newest development, and is a completely new green field site incorporating 134 acres of prime Devon rural countryside including six fishing lakes, nature walks and access to the newly acquired cycle track which links to the famous Tarka Trail. Inspection Visits Available

To give you the chance to see for yourself the benefits of owning your own holiday home at any of our three parks, we are delighted to be hosting a series of short break specials for those considering investing in a holiday home. For just £99 per lodge for two nights, for up to four people, and with a free cream tea or Sunday lunch, you will be given a full tour of the park(s), and be able to view the various show lodges and watch a 20 minute presentation of how you can make your dream a reality (subject to availability, terms and conditions apply).
