Our Guaranteed Rental Income (GRI) Scheme is totally unique, and allows you complete freedom and flexibility to choose the best deal for you when you buy a holiday home.

Here's how it works. You buy a holiday home on the park and make available a set number of weeks in exchange for a GUARANTEED RENTAL INCOME of up to 6% nett per annum, paid quarterly directly into your bank account.

We subcontract our bookings to some of the UK's largest agents for UK holidays.

Not only can you achieve a staggering investment return, these lodges will appreciate in value in the same way that a house does, yet there is no capital gains tax or inheritance tax; huge incentives in their own right.

And to top it off, you can use your holiday home for a minimum of six weeks off peak each year. Alternatively, feel free to negotiate your own personal package to suit your circumstances. This might involve using your own lodge in peak times in exchange for negotiating your personal GUARANTEED RENTAL INCOME.
