Buy a show lodge

If designing your own lodge isn't for you, there are always several show homes available for immediate purchase. Everything (and we mean everything!) is included in the price, right down to the curtains and even the bedding.

Each show lodge comes with a few little extras, as well as the standard features which always include double glazed windows and central heating. All bathrooms include a full size bath and or separate shower.

As with all our lodges, the fully-fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven with grill and hob, and a microwave. Additionally, each lodge has an extended decking area perfect for al fresco dining.

There are three types of lodge available:

The Mini Lodge

The Mini Lodge is our newest creation, proving that great things can come in small packages!

Built to the same exacting standards as the full-sized lodge, the Mini Lodge is a slimmed down version, cleverly designed and still able to incorporate two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Sleeping up to 4 people, this lodge is an ideal retreat for smaller families and couples.

The Mini Lodge is 14ft wide and comes in a variety of lengths from 37ft to 40ft. Prices start at £99,950. The main benefit of this 'starter lodge' is that you will be buying the same quality as the larger units and therefore qualify for the full 99 year licence. Beware other manufacturer's products that can cost over £50k but have to be replaced after 10 years!

Luxury Lodge

With a choice of either two or three bedrooms in your Luxury Lodge, it is for you to decide if you would prefer the extra space created by having two bedrooms or the practicality of having three.

The Luxury Lodge is 20ft wide and available in several lengths from 30ft to 42ft. Prices start at £139,000.

VIP Lodge

The VIP Lodges are our most prestigious at Mullacott Park. They are either located on our prime plots, or incorporate more lavish fixtures and fittings.

The VIP Lodge is available in a variety of different sizes. Prices range from £149,950 to £249,950 depending on size, specification and plot.

Guaranteed Rental Income
We offer a totally unique Guaranteed Rental Income (GRI) letting scheme giving you 6% nett per annum, paid quarterly directly into your bank account
