Hi there, welcome to my blog! This will be a regular updated feature of our new website which will cover such topics as news, views and gossip.

It will be a light-hearted section of the website specifically for anyone to follow my routine and updates on the ongoing developments on the Parks together with my views, thoughts and opinions on the industry, etc.

Although it is intended to be light-hearted, it will also give you an opportunity to liaise directly with me and to ask any questions about anything to do with the Parks or the industry.

We have just reached our 6th anniversary from the acquisition of the first Park (Mullacott Park) and I am proud to announce that at the time of writing this, we have just sold our 100th lodge here at Mullacott, which proves we must be doing something right! Our first website and brochure have served us well during this time, with very little changes but I felt we needed to improve our communication and image now that The Ruby park is about to be officially launched and our third park (Devon Lakes) should have the first show lodge sited prior to Easter 2010.

Despite the challenging times we live in (we are still officially in recession!) we have continued to move forward and prosper. Our Guaranteed Rental Income scheme has proved to be a huge success, and the holiday bookings have shown steady growth for over five years now. There will be opportunities for existing owners, and their friends and families, to take advantage of our off-plan discounts of up to £30,000 before we launch to the market on our new development just outside Holsworthy (Devon Lakes).
